Don’t know how to prepare for your theme park visit? I’ve got five theme park tips to help you prepare for some stress-free fun!
Obviously, it can be tough to prepare for a day at the theme parks with your family. As annual pass holders at Walt Disney World and Universal, I’ve learned that there are a few tricks to ensuring that every day at the parks is stress-free and fun.
- Weather.
Be prepared for that crazy Florida weather. That means it’s going to constantly be changing throughout the day. Also, check the weather before your trip so that you’re packed and prepared for whatever the weather decides to do.
- Know the apps.
Need to know where things are, what things are, and what to do with your day at the theme parks? Download the apps for the theme park and take a look. You’ll find things like wait times, dining options, guest services, and lots of other features to help you during your theme park day.
However, you’re not going to break the app so don’t be afraid to give it a try before you leave home.
These tips will make you feel like a theme park pro!
It seems like there is always something being celebrated at the theme parks. You should also be mindful that some special events may be included during regular operating hours while other events may occur after hours and require a separate ticket.
- Park bags.
One of my favorite theme park tips is know what to include in your park bag!
- Hand sanitizer or disinfecting wipes.
- Plastic baggie.
- Rain poncho.
- Stain remover.
- Snacks.
- Lip balm.
- Pain reliever.
- Plastic straws.
- Collapsible water bottle.
- To-do list.
Lastly, have some idea of what you hope to accomplish with your family’s visit to the theme parks. Have some expectation of what you hope to accomplish with your day.
Following these basic theme park tips will have you ready for an adventure.
